Cats and dogs under 50 lbs are welcome at Lexington Hills with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Some breed restrictions apply.
Non-Refundable Fees: $350 for one pet, $400 for two
Cat Pet Rent: $40/month
Dog Pet Rent: $50/month

Security deposit: $750 for studios & 1 bedrooms, $1,000 for 2 bedrooms. Security deposit due upon approval of application.
Application fee: $50

Our minimum rental criteria requires applicants earn 2.5x monthly income, have a 600 credit score or higher, and no criminal background.

All leases have a 12-month term.

Water/Sewer: $15-$25/mo based on number of occupants
Gas: $10-$50/mo based on sq. ft.
Electric: Resident will be billed by Dakota Electric Association directly
Trash: $25 per apartment
